Dewz Restaurant

This formal dining establishment has been serving the Modesto area since 1997. For a taste of Asian Fusion, Surla’s is the place to dine. The chef combines flavors from many different areas including Hawaii, the Philippines, Korea, France, Spain, China and Italy. The restaurant is committed to using only the freshest ingredients from local vendors, when possible. Some of the popular entrees include miso glazed salmon, shrimp fra diavelo and the truffled rigatoni. Surla’s can accommodate anything from intimate parties of two to large groups of up to 50 in its banquet rooms.
